WARRANTY

New:
The warranty Remedy Period for new spare parts shall end twelve (12) months after date of shipment.


Refurbished:
The warranty Remedy Period for refurbished spare parts shall end twelve (12) months after date of shipment.


Repairs:
ABC-Repair's Electronic Workshop gives 6 months warranty on the repaired item after shipment date. Repaired units leave the workshop tagged and coded. Warranty is void should the coding be removed.


Services:
The warranty period for Services shall end ninety (90) days after the completion of Services.


 

Loss, Damage and/ or Delay

All claims for loss, damage and delay in transit are to be transacted by the consignee directly with the carrier. Claims for shortages or incorrect equipment must be made in writing to the Seller within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the shipment. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver by the Purchaser of all claims for shortages or incorrect equipment.



Repair Time

Standard Repairs - Default repair time is 10 days from the date of customer approval and receipt at repair facility.

Rush Repairs (72 Hours) - All rush repairs have prompt and immediate action. Our goal is to get you up and running quickly. Your repair is given Top Priority. Upon approval your repair is placed directly into the repair process and repaired, tested, and immediately shipped back to you.



Payment for Goods and Payment of Applicable Taxes

Existing customers - 30 days net after receipt of order.
New customers - Prepayment*

*For on-line internet transactions the customer represents and warrants that
(1) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete,
(2) charges incurred by the customer will be honored by the customer's credit card company,
(3) the user shall pay charges incurred by the customer at the rates in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes.



Terms Acceptance through Use

By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms of Use"). The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between ABC-Repairs and the customer. The goods and services provided from this site would not be provided without such limitations. Some provincial/state statutes may apply regarding limitations of liability.

The sole and entire maximum liability of ABC-Repairs and any of the providers of products or services, for any reason, and the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service purchased.



Quittance

Upon a request by ABC-Repairs, you agree to hold harmless ABC-Repairs and/or affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. ABC-Repairs reserves the right, at it's own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with ABC-Repairs in asserting any available defenses.

This site may in some way link to other sites for user convenience. These sites are not controlled by ABC-Repairs, and you acknowledge that ABC-Repairs is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of these sites. Location of Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, (without regard to conflict of law principles). You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this site shall be filed only in the provincial or federal courts located in the province of Quebec, and you further expressly agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.



Termination

ABC-Repairs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without notice.
